The
Alaskan Malamute is a large breed of domestic dog originally bred for
use hauling heavy freight because of their strength and endurance, and
later an Alaskan sled dog. The
Alaskan Malamute is a large, Wolf-like Dog, but despite it's
appearance, the Alaskan Malamute is not a hybrid of a Wolf but did in
fact originate from other domestic breeds.
